I began working with Fausta almost five years ago when I was 61 years old.  I realized that I needed a new approach to my health and wellbeing.  We began with yoga, which I had never practiced before, three times a week.  Every yoga session with Fausta is different, depending on the needs of my body that week.  While I am still very much a beginner, what thrills me is the progress I have made and the increase in my strength, endurance and flexibility.  

As I became more aware of my needs, I called on her for breathing work, acupuncture for my back, as well as moxibustion.  In addition, I have had her series of gold leaf acupuncture facials, which was luxurious and special. 

As the years have progressed, Fausta has sensitively and compassionately suggested other avenues for me to pursue as well, among them a chiropractor for my body’s alignment, and various essential oils and foods choices which have also led me towards more body awareness and better health.
